Program Overview

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from 2ULaundry at the mobile number you provided.

Message Types

Our text message program sends two types of messages:

Transactional Messages (no additional consent required)

  • Verification codes for account access
  • – Pickup and delivery notifications
  • – Order confirmations and status updates
  • – Payment confirmations
  • – Responses to customer-initiated commands (SCHEDULE, N, SKIP, etc.)

Promotional Messages (separate opt-in required)

  • Offers and service updates
  • – Marketing messages
  • – Personalized promotions

Terms

Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply as charged by your carrier. 2ULaundry does not charge separately for text messages, but your mobile service provider may.

Opt-In & Consent: By providing your phone number during account creation, you consent to receive transactional messages. Marketing messages require a separate, explicit opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

How to Stop: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from future messages. You will receive a confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional messages, but transactional messages related to your account may continue.

How to Get Help: Reply HELP to any message for customer support information.

Carrier Support: For issues related to message delivery or your mobile carrier, contact your mobile service provider.

Privacy & Data

Carrier Support

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For issues related to message delivery or your mobile carrier, contact your mobile service provider.
