Your laundry is cared for by Clothing Care Associates. Folding laundry is an art – not a science. And, we’re really good at it! We pack like-items in individual drawer-ready bags aimed at keeping your laundry ready for the drawer.

We’ve also hired a team of experienced and dedicated delivery drivers to captain our fleet of delivery vehicles. All of our certified and background checked delivery drivers have undergone thorough training to guarantee each and every order is treated with care. It’s important that your laundry is picked up and delivered according to your account preferences.

No contractors, no gig-workers, no unlivable wages, and no driving personal vehicles.

Colors and whites are treated separately – making sure your whites never get dingy. Your order is often separated into multiple dryers for varying treatment – including options for Delicates Bags. And, your clothes are inspected multiple times throughout the production process to check for items left in pockets or obstructions to the laundry – like chapstick, ink pens, etc.

Stains and shrinkage are the two things most people worry about when using a laundry service. We know that. So, we built our processes around making sure we care for your favorite outfit just like you would.

Part of the hassle of doing laundry is putting it away.

We fold all laundry with the intent to make putting it away simple. We pack like-items in individual drawer-ready bags aimed at keeping your laundry ready for the drawer. Shirts with shirts. Pants with pants. Kids clothes with kids clothes, etc.

Finding a Good Laundry Service – Specialty Laundry Bags

Specialty Bags for Delicates, Linens, and Dry Cleaning

We use different bags to differentiate service, treatment, and pricing. This means it is up to you to control the treatment and pricing of your order.

You will be provided laundry bags for your first order.

However, most people use more than one bag type. Each bag has it’s own use. We offer way more than just laundry! We offer special, dedicated laundry bags for Delicates, Dry Cleaning, and Linens and Commercial Laundry. You select the treatment your laundry gets by sending it in a specific laundry bag.

If you ever want us to deliver some new or replacement laundry bags to you, simply make a Bag Request in the app or contact our Customer Care Team.

Please note that any items that you wish to be returned on hangers should be included in the dry cleaning bag. These garments will be priced individually.

Delicates Bag

Different garments require different treatment.

The Delicates Bag is perfect for your wash & fold garments that needs gentle wash and low-temperature or air dry.

For some people, it’s a few pairs of their favorite jeans. For others, it’s bras, underwear, and leggings. The garments in this bag are getting specialized and separated treatment from the rest of your order.

Linen Bag

Some people only like to send their linens for cleaning.

That’s why we offer a discounted Linen Bag specifically for your sheets and towels. These linens are harder to wash in smaller, residential washing machines.

Plus, when we beautifully fold them, unwrapping them is a real treat! The specialty Linen Bag is offered at a discounted price and is for only sheets & towels.

Dry Cleaning Bag

Skip the trip to the cleaners with dry cleaning delivery from 2ULaundry!

Anything that you want pressed or steamed and delivered on a hanger should be sent in this bag.

Dry Cleaning garments are cleaned in liquid silicone. It’s a really light solvent that is chemically inert, is not petroleum-based, and is the modern-era standard for dry cleaning products.
