Once our Houston service is available, create an account HERE or with the 2ULaundry app and schedule a Laundry Day. Before your first service, we’ll deliver a containing your new 2ULaundry Bags.

Simply fill the bags and set them out on your scheduled pickup day. We'll sort your order into lights and darks, treat stains, and clean everything according to your preferences.  Your app will let you know when your driver is on the way and when they've picked up your order. Your clothing will be cleaned to your preferences and delivered the following business day. Schedule one-time or recurring pickups to continue enjoying your free time!

When we begin Houston service, we will pickup and deliver in Houston Heights, Museum District, Memorial, River Oaks, Montrose, Rice Village, U of H, Galleria, Spring Branch, Meyerland, Bellaire, West University, Braeswood, Rosedale, and Texas Medical Center.

We use different bags to differentiate services and make it easy for you to let us know what services you need. Set the bags out separately on your scheduled pickup day, and make sure they’re fully closed for transit to our facility.

Laundry: We offer two laundry bag sizes. The Large Laundry Bag holds up to 35 pounds of laundry. The X-Large Laundry bag holds 45 pounds of laundry.Both bags are for everyday machine washable items that you'd like returned folded. They'll be returned folded inside a clear liner bag, inside of your bag.

Linens Bag: This bag is for machine-washable household (non-clothing) items like sheets, towels and washcloths. We'll return these items cleaned, folded and within the liner bag within your linen bag. This bag can hold up to 45 pounds of laundry.

Pink: The Pink Bag is for our Hang Dry service. We recommend this service for delicate items such as swimsuits, yoga pants, and other workout gear. Heavier garments like jeans or sweaters and items made from delicate fabrics like silk should be placed in The Black Bag for dry cleaning to receive the best care possible. If you choose to place heavier garments like jeans or sweaters in The Pink Bag, they may arrive a bit damp and should be hung in your home to fully dry. Due to our quick turnaround time, some hang dry items may still be damp upon arrival. In order to maximize drying time for hanging items, we don’t cover them with plastic wrap. Instead, we will hang a plastic sheet behind the items to keep them from coming into contact with the surface of your door.
The Pink Hang Dry Bag is 14” x 18” and holds ~1 load or 8-10 lb. of laundry. It’s comparable in size to a small backpack.

Dry Cleaning/ Launder and Press bag: Use The Black 2ULaundry Dry Cleaning or Launder & Press Bag for any delicate items, especially those made of natural fibers such as wool, linen, silk, etc. that could shrink with exposure to water. Dry Cleaning will prevent shrinkage and color loss while maintaining the texture and shape of the garments. We clean each item according to its care label, so simply place everything for Dry Cleaning or Launder & Press services in the same bag, and our Clothing Care Professionals will take care of the rest. The Dry Cleaning Bag doubles as a laundry bag and hanging bag. For pickup, flip the hanging bag upside down, place your garments down in the bottom of the bag without hangers, and cinch it fully closed.Your items will be delivered pressed and hanging.
