You can keep track of your remaining Laundry Bag credits in the 2ULaundry app.

Your unused Bag Bundle credits will expire 12/31/26.

Bag Bundles are final sale and non-refundable, except within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits have been used.

This may be because you used an email address or phone number when purchasing the Bag Bandle that is different than the one on your 2ULaundry account. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team at care@2ulaundry.com for assistance.

Bag credits may be transferred to another 2ULaundry account but only in full. Partial transfers or splitting credits across multiple accounts are not permitted.
