The day after you first signup, our team will deliver everything you need for your first pickup, right to your front door including all your very own bags. You'll receive reminders the night before at 6:00 pm and the morning of at 7:00 am. Set your bags out and we'll do the rest! You'll be notified when your order has been picked up.

Once we pick up your clothes, we'll take them to our very own, state-of-the-art cleaning facilities. Your clothes will be properly checked-in, sorted, and set up for the appropriate cleaning processes. Good news is you can track this every step of the way via the order tracker in our app. Don't forget to download it!
We deliver back in 1-business day for all orders, free of charge! The day of delivery, you'll receive a notification of an ETA for drop-off. Follow along as you wish! Our team will deliver right back to where it started, with your clothes being drawer and closet ready for wear!

We asked ourselves, “Where to next?”, and we could not think of a better place to begin offering our laundry delivery service than Houston. Why spend hours doing laundry at home when you can have 2ULaundry’s Houston laundry service take care of all your laundry needs?
2ULaundry looks to provide the best quality laundry service to the Houston area by following three tenets: trust, convenience, and quality. Handing over your favorite outfit or pair of pants can require a lot of trust in your laundry service, but worry not with 2ULaundry, as we aim to provide a 5-Star experience to all of our Houston laundry service customers. When it comes to convenience, it is nearly impossible to beat our Houston area laundry delivery service. With a 1 day turnaround, 2ULaundry will have your laundry items back to you in just a matter of hours. Not only is 2ULaundry speedy in our services, but we also provide top-of-the-line quality. Our laundry service in Houston delivers perfectly folded laundry, as well as countless customization options. 2ULaundry offers two subscription options. The 2U Weekly and the 2U Weekly+ plans cover pickup and delivery service once a week. The pricing plans include either discounted Wash, Dry, Fold service or Wash, Dry, Fold and Linens to tackle all of your home laundry needs. Customers that purchase a weekly pricing plan will also receive a discount on additional services (up to 15-20% off!), free Rush Delivery (a 1-day turnaround), and a free Welcome Kit.
Once you enroll in a subscription plan, you will be billed for 4 weeks of service. If you choose our 2U Weekly plan, 4 Laundry Bag credits will be added to your 2ULaundry account for use during the 4-week subscription period. If you choose our 2U Weekly+ plan, 4 Laundry Bag and 4 Linen Bag credits will be added to your 2ULaundry account for use during the 4-week subscription period.
While the subscription is intended for use across 4 weeks of service, we have built it to be flexible and allow customers to use the bag credits at any point during the subscription period. For example, if you are enrolled in the 2U Weekly subscription plan, you will receive 4 Laundry Bag credits. If you use 1 Laundry Bag during week 1, 2 Laundry Bags during week 2, and 1 Laundry Bag during week 3, your Laundry Bag credits will be depleted at the end of week 3. If you choose to send in another Laundry Bag during week 4 of the subscription period, you would be billed at the discounted rate (15% off) for the Laundry Bag.
Subscriptions start on the first service date after enrollment or renewal and cover a total of 4 weeks of service.
Customers are billed four weeks from the initial enrollment date. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless changes are made in the account prior to the billing renewal date.
Of course! A subscription does not limit your use of additional 2ULaundry services. In fact, customers that opt-in to a subscription will receive a discount on additional laundry and dry cleaning services. Linens Only, Hang Dry, Dry Cleaning, and additional Wash, Dry, Fold services will be billed at the discounted rate throughout the subscription period. You will receive a separate charge as soon as the additional service is completed.
No, a subscription plan does not restrict the number of pickups you can schedule during the subscription period. If you would like to schedule an additional pickup, simply schedule a one-time pickup in your account.
Yes, Laundry Day can be rescheduled up until the night before your pickup. Simply reschedule the individual service date or your recurring Laundry Day in your account. While advance notice for cancellations is appreciated, subscribers will not be penalized for failed pickups.
Yes, customers can easily navigate between subscription plans at any time. Simply navigate to your account and select your preferred plan. While upgrades occur immediately, downgrades will start at the end of your current subscription period. If upgrading, any remaining service in the current period will roll over to the next subscription period.
If downgrading from the 2U Weekly plan, service will be charged at the Pay As You Go prices. When you’re ready to resume your 2U Weekly plan, simply select your preferred plan in your account. Your service will be available immediately.
2ULaundry will automatically roll over 1 remaining Laundry Bag credit if the subscription is renewed. 1 remaining Laundry Bag credit and 1 remaining Linen Bag credit can be rolled over for 2U Weekly+ subscription plan members. If a pickup is scheduled outside of the subscription period, and the subscription is not renewed, the service is subject to Pay As You Go pricing.
