Pricing & Billing

Do you offer any special discounts?

Right now, we offer active soldiers in the Military and Veterans a special 15% off all orders. To apply for eligibility, please email Credit@2ULaundry.com with your information and a photo of your Military ID.

  • A list of current military IDs, including reserve and veterans, can be found here. Additionally, both GA and NC allow your driver’s license to be marked as “Veteran” and can be used for verification.
  • Spouses will be eligible to claim this discount with valid photo ID proof.
  • Full-uniform dry cleaning includes tops, bottoms, jackets, suits, and hats.

Shortly afterward, you’ll receive a follow-up confirmation email letting you know that your request has been received. Please give our team up to 24 hours to verify and process your request.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, we will immediately contact you via text and email notifying you of the payment issue. Payment will need to be made by 1pm on the day of your scheduled delivery in order to receive your clean clothes that afternoon. Otherwise, orders will be returned to 2ULaundry for safe storage until payment is made.

To update your payment method, visit your Profile in the mobile app or the Payment Options section of your Account online. Your payment method can also be updated through Customer Care. 

Can I update my payment method?

Yes. You can update your payment method at any time from your Profile in the mobile app or the Payment Options section of your Account online. Your payment method can also be updated through Customer Care. 

You can also store multiple forms of payment on your account. In order to change your payment method for an upcoming pickup, simply add a new credit card and set your preferred card to the primary payment method.

In order to remove an expired credit card, please make sure to add the new payment method prior to removing the inactive credit card.

Are there any hidden fees?

2ULaundry strives to offer clear and simple pricing. For your convenience, there are no monthly subscriptions, order minimums, or cancelation fees, and you will only be charged for services as they’re used.

Service Fee

2ULaundry charges a service fee in some markets. The service fee covers a range of operating costs, including garment bag replacements, van maintenance, satisfaction guarantee, and more.

Failed Pickups

We charge a $5 Failed Pickup Fee when bags are not left out on a scheduled pickup day. To avoid this fee, cancel your pickup in your Online Account or using our mobile app by 8:00 am EST the morning of your scheduled pickup. You can also reply “N” to the evening or morning reminder text by 8am on your scheduled pickup day.

When does billing occur?

Billing takes place the morning of your scheduled delivery. Monday through Thursday pickups will be billed the following morning. Friday pickups will be billed the following Monday morning.

You will receive an email receipt immediately upon invoicing including an itemized list of all charges on your order. Past invoices can be viewed in the Pickups section of the mobile app or in the Past Orders section of your Account online.

What forms of payment do you accept?

2ULaundry requires all customers to have an active credit card on file in order to schedule pickups.

Upon invoicing, we will automatically charge the primary form of payment on your account.

How does pricing work?

2ULaundry offers simple pricing with no commitments. For a full price list, please visit our pricing page and reference your city’s dedicated pricing page. Existing customers can access pricing information from the Price List in their Account online or on the Help screen of our mobile app.

Wash, Dry, Fold

We offer flat-rate pricing based on the size of the 2ULaundry bag.

The Large Blue Bag is 22.5” x 33” in size and holds up to 35 lbs. or 4-5 loads of laundry, based on the industry standard of 5-7 lbs. per load.

The Small Blue Bag is 22” x 28” in size and holds up to 20 lbs. or 2-3 loads of laundry.

Wash & Hang Dry

The Pink Wash & Hang Dry Bag costs $10 per pickup – no matter how many items you include. The Pink Bag is 14” x 18” and holds up to 8-10 lbs. or 1 load of laundry.

Dry Cleaning or Launder & Press

Dry Cleaning and Launder & Press services are priced per item. For a full price list, visit our pricing page and reference your city’s dedicated pricing page.
