2ULaundry has a super-star team dedicated to customer support! We’re here for anything you need – scheduling pickups, inquiring about a bill, preparing for your pickup, navigating your online account, and more!

Business hours

Our Customer Care Team provides support from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday. Feel free to contact us after hours and we’ll get back to you the next business day after 8am.

If you’d like to schedule a next-day pickup after hours, simply text PICKUP to 588-15. 

Average response time

2ULaundry is all about convenience, and that includes our dedication to providing excellent customer support. If contacted during business hours, Customer Care typically responds within 30 minutes!

We can also be contacted directly within our mobile app. Our Customer Care Team is available via chat, text, email, or call. You can also leave order feedback from the Pickups page, and we will get back to you during business hours, which are 8:00 am-8:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Give a Gift

Make someone’s day by giving the gift of free time and taking laundry or trips to the Dry Cleaners off their to do list.

Using the mobile app? 

From the Profile page, you can easily gift 2ULaundry to family, friends, and neighbors. Select a gift card amount or enter a customer amount. Enter the recipient’s email address, delivery date, and personalized message. 

Gift card emails will be sent at 10am ET on the scheduled send date. 

Once you’ve purchased the gift card, we will automatically charge the credit card on your 2ULaundry account. You’ll receive a purchase receipt to the email on file.

The recipient will receive a unique gift card code and link, which should be used to complete the signup process.

Managing your account online? 

From the Give a Gift page, you can easily gift 2ULaundry to family, friends, and neighbors. Select the Give a Gift Care option. Then choose your gift card amount, specify your delivery preference – email or text – enter the recipient’s email address or mobile phone number and personalize your gift card with a special message for the recipient.

If sending via email, you’ll have the option to delay the delivery date of the gift card for a special occasion. Gift card emails will be sent at 10am ET on the scheduled send date.

Once you’ve purchased the gift card, we will automatically charge the credit card on your 2ULaundry account. You’ll receive a purchase receipt to the email on file.

The recipient will receive a unique gift card code and link, which should be used to complete the signup process.

Share order feedback

Your feedback matters, so we want to hear from you! Whether you’ve had an awesome encounter with a 2ULaundry Driver or Customer Care Agent or received an order with less than perfect folding, we want to know about it.

We recommend submitting order feedback in your account online or on our mobile app. 

Using the mobile app? From the Pickups page, scroll down to find the Past Pickups section. Click on each individual orders to rate the order and leave detailed feedback letting us know how we did. 

Managing your account online? From the Past Orders page, you can rate each order with 1-5 stars and leave detailed feedback letting us know how we did. 

Please also feel free to share order and non-order related feedback with Customer Care at any time.

Write a Review

We pride ourselves on delivering freshly cleaned clothes as well as excellent customer experience. We hope we’ve done that for you and would love for you to review us on Yelp, Facebook, or Google to let your neighbors know what they can expect when using our service. People in your community are curious what you have to say – and we are too!

Plus, earn 2ULaundry account credit when you post a review on Nextdoor, Facebook, or Twitter. Simply email care@2ulaundry.com with a link or screenshot of your post. Post on Nextdoor for $5, Facebook for $2, and Twitter for $1 in 2ULaundry account credit.

Using the mobile app? Easily post a review on Nextdoor, Facebook, or Twitter from the Gift icon in the upper left corner of the app. 

Refer a Friend

2ULaundry offers an awesome referral program that rewards customers for sharing our services with friends and family! Give friends $20 off their first order, and you’ll automatically receive a $20 credit on your account when they place a successful pickup.

Using the mobile app? Refer a friend by clicking on the gift icon in the upper left corner of the app. From this page, you can also customize your referral code and access referral stats, including referral signups, referrals redeemed, and total credit earned. You can also access this same page from the Profile page.

Managing your account online? From the Refer a Friend page, you can easily share your unique referral code or referral link via email, social media, or direct link, which friends can use during signup to automatically receive a discount.
